The 12th International Day of  Yoga was celebrated with great enthusiasm on 21st June 2026 at the N.E.T. Pharmacy College Ground. The event witnessed active participation from students, faculty members, and staff, reflecting a shared commitment to health, wellness, and holistic living.

The programme commenced with the practice of the Common Yoga Protocol, during which participants performed a series of yoga asanas, pranayama, and meditation under the guidance of experienced yoga instructors. The session emphasized the importance of incorporating yoga into daily life for improved physical fitness, mental well-being, emotional balance, and overall health.

The celebration highlighted the 2026 International Day of Yoga theme, “Yoga for Healthy Ageing,” encouraging individuals to embrace yoga as a lifelong practice that promotes healthy living, flexibility, inner peace, and resilience.
