The infrastructure in the Out Patient Department (OPD) aims to maximize ambulatory care and minimize the need for hospitalization with its associated morbidity and increased costs. Among the outpatient services envisaged are consultations, diagnostic investigations, day-care surgery, biopsies, minimal-access surgery, wound care & dressing centre, Injection rooms and counseling.
