Navodaya College of Nursing, Raichur Organizes Workshop on Women’s Leadership

Navodaya College of Nursing, Raichur, organized a one-day Workshop on “Women’s Leadership” under the Women Empowerment Cell on 17.08.2026. The programme focused on leadership, confidence building, empowerment, communication and professional development.

Prof. Cheryl Lobo, Vice-Principal, Siddhartha College of Nursing, Raichur, facilitated sessions on women’s leadership and self-leadership, while Prof. Hetzy SuthanaKumari, Principal, addressed “Women Leaders – Challenges & Opportunities.”

Prof. Tabitha and Prof. Pailat A. conducted interactive sessions on leadership activities and professional development.

Faculty and students actively participated in the programme.
