FACULTY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME REPORT – NURSING COLLEGE

The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC), in collaboration with the Department of Community Health Nursing, organized a Faculty Development and Induction Programme at Navodaya College of Nursing.

The programme began with an inaugural session, including the traditional lighting of the lamp and a welcome address.

Prof. Hetzy Suthanakumari, Principal, delivered an inspiring speech highlighting the importance of continuous professional development in nursing education.

Expert sessions focused on quality culture, innovative teaching strategies, institutional management, professional accountability, and effective communication.

The programme was highly enriching, promoting active participation, knowledge sharing, and overall professional growth of faculty members.
