The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of Navodaya College of Nursing, Raichur, successfully organized an inspiring seminar on “High Pay Packages in Nursing – AI Skills, Higher Roles, and Global Opportunities.”
The keynote session was delivered by Mr. Uma Desu, Chief Artificial Intelligence Officer and GenAI Pioneer, who shared valuable insights into how Artificial Intelligence (AI) is transforming healthcare and opening exciting new career opportunities for nursing professionals worldwide. He encouraged students to embrace AI, digital technologies, and future-ready competencies to enhance their professional growth, leadership potential, and global employability.
The program also featured motivating addresses by Prof. D. Hetzy Suthanakumari, Principal, Navodaya College of Nursing, and faculty members, who emphasized the importance of lifelong learning, innovation, and adapting to the rapidly evolving healthcare environment.
